The Forensic Footprint
My journey into forensic science began with a BSc in Zoology in Mumbai. Although it was not a direct forensic degree, it gave me a strong foundation in toxicology, pathology, and scientific research. Following my passion, I moved to the United Kingdom to pursue an MSc in Forensic Investigation at Cranfield University.
During my studies, I had the opportunity to work with the UK Home Office (OFSR), researching quality standards for field drug testing kits.
After returning to India in 2025, I explored the challenges of international degree recognition while gaining practical experience through an internship at Helik Advisory under Dr. Rukmani Krishnamurthy.
I created The Forensic Footprint to help students and enthusiasts find clear guidance in the field of forensic science. My journey taught me that the path is not always straightforward, but with persistence and curiosity, it becomes deeply rewarding.
